What happen when the customer has not got the documents and proof of address?

If the customer has not got documents for the first deposit and if the transaction is not over than £600,00 , we are able to do the deposit normally as long as the customer compromises to bring everything for the next time.
We accept the following documents below as a proof of address:

  • Electricity/gas/ water bills
  • Bank statement, credit card statement…
  • Council tax
  • Drive license
  • School letter with address.

In case that the customer has not got these documents, but live with someone else, they can bring a declaration signed and dated enclosed with a proof of address and copy of the ID of the person who the customer live with.
