In order to keep your Trans-Fast account active, we need to have your most recent documentation on file.
Accepted ID documents:
- Passport (the full page with your photo)
- National ID
- Driving License
Accepted proof of address (must not be older than 3 months):
- Utility bill (gas, electricity, landline - mobile bills are not accepted)
- Bank statement
- HMRC letter
How to send documentation to us:
1- Scan your documents and save them in PDF format (preferably). Please scan the full pages.
2- Send them to the email - firstname.lastname@example.org - indicating your customer number or full name in the subject line.
TIP: If you have a recent smartphone (iPhone or Android) you can take a photo of your documents. We recommend using the Scanbot app. Scanbot turns your phone in to a scanner and produces a high-resolution PDF file. This app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store.
