After receiving your payment and after processing your money transfer, the recipient should receive the money between 2-3 working days.
All money transfers are processing during normal working hours. Payments made outside our working hours, weekends and during UK public holidays are processed on the following work day.
We strive to process all money transfers as quickly as possible, but some delays can occur that are outside of our control:
- If the recipient details have been entered with errors
- If due to the amount you're sending we need to make further compliance controls (e.g. extra documentation required)
- If there's delays in country you are sending to (strikes, public holidays, etc)
