I've been asked for a proof of funds. Why?

As an authorised payment institution and accordingly to our compliance rules, in order for us to process some higher amounts we may need to request you some additional documents to serve as proof of funds.

We may also need to fill out our compliance form.

In any case, a member of our support team will be in touch to assist you with this and make sure your transfer gets processed as faster as possible.

As proof of funds we accept:

  • Bank statement
  • Payslip
  • Receipt from house sale
